North County Sports Group Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Dime Basketball Club is a sports team within the North County Sports Group.

North County Sports Group ("North County Sports Group," "we," or "us") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Messaging Terms"). Participation in the Program and the collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Program Description
    We may send promotional and transactional messages through the Program. Promotional messages may include updates, specials, and other marketing information. Transactional messages may provide information related to scheduling, game updates, registration notifications, and reminders. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed four (4) messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  2. User Opt-In
    By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt into the Program and agree to receive recurring messages at the number provided, even if it is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Ensure that any number you provide is valid and you are the authorized user. Notify us promptly at info@dimebasketball.org if you change your number.

  3. User Opt-Out and Support
    You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received our messages. You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out. For support, reply HELP to any of our messages.

    Requests that do not follow the above commands may not be recognized. We may change the phone number or short code for the Program, and we will notify you if this happens.

  4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
    The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available at all times, in all areas, or through all mobile providers. North County Sports Group and its service providers are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages sent through the Program.

  5. Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program or any of its features at any time without notice. Changes to these Mobile Messaging Terms will take effect when posted on our website. Continuing in the Program after any modifications means you accept those changes.
